BEIJING, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. (000625.SZ) announced its wholly owned subsidiary Chongqing ChangAn New Energy Auto Co., Ltd. will increase equity capital and introduce in no less than 3 strategic partners through public listing based on the pricing by the asset appraisal report and the parent company has given up the pre-emption right.
The equity capital increase will be settled in cash and the company holds no more than 49 percent stake in ChangAn New Energy Auto after the capital increase.
