BEIJING, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- The 12th round of negotiations on China-Norway free trade agreement (FTA) was held in Beijing in September 25-28, according to the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on Friday.
The two sides carried out negotiations about issues such as trade in goods, trade in services and investment, rules of origin, customs procedures and trade facilitation, technical barriers to trade, intellectual property, e-commerce, etc.
China and Norway are economically complementary to each other and they enjoy a solid foundation for cooperation. Their efforts to strengthen economic and trade cooperation through the FTA negotiations are conducive to benefiting their enterprises and peoples and pushing their relations to a new level, according to the MOC.
