BEIJING -- Internet giant Tencent has partnered with the mainland's largest payment provider China UnionPay and its subsidiary UnionPay International to offer cross-border mobile payment services for Hong Kong residents, allowing them to use the Hong Kong version of WeChat Pay on the mainland.
