BEIJING, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Henan Province in central China saw its cross-border e-commerce trade increase 31.4 percent year on year from January to August this year, according to the data released by Henan Provincial Commerce Department.
The data shows that in the first eight months of the year, the trade volume of Henan's cross-border e-commerce was 86.33 billion yuan (12.56 billion U.S. dollars approximately). Among them, exports were 62.14 billion yuan (about 9.04 billion U.S. dollars), up 27.4 percent year on year, and imports were 24.19 billion yuan (about 3.52 billion U.S. dollars), up 35.4 percent year on year.
