BEIJING, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- The second round of China-Panama Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiation was held in Beijing from August 20 to 24. Both sides exchanged ideas on the topics involved in the FTA based on the first round of negotiation.
Promoting the China-Panama FTA negotiation is the important consensus reached between the two countries in November 2017. China and Panama are important economic and trade partners. With the strong complementarity in economy, the FTA negotiation on the basis of mutual benefits and win-win results will enhance the bilateral trade and investment, and bring benefits to the enterprises and people of the two countries.
