BEIJING, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- China remained the largest trading partner of Russia in the first half of 2018, with a trade volume of 50 billion U.S. dollars, up 30.2 percent year on year, according to statistics published by Federal Customs Service of Russia.
In terms of bilateral trade with Russia during the period, Germany was the second trading partner with a trade volume of 29.2 billion U.S. dollars, up 25.3 percent year on year. The Netherlands ranked third with a trade volume of 22.8 billion U.S. dollars, up 10.9 percent year on year.
According to the statistics, in the first half of this year, Russia's import and export trade totaled 330.6 billion U.S. dollars, up 21.6 percent year on year. (Edited by Li Wenxin, hupingchao@xinhua.org)
