BEIJING, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- Zhejiang Zhenyuan Share Co., Ltd. (000705.SZ) announced on Monday that it plans to build a regional medical intelligent logistics center in east China's Zhejiang Province with the Chinese retail giant JD.com.
According to a filing to the stock exchange, Zhejiang Zhenyuan and JD.com signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement under which they will cooperate on pharmaceutical logistics, supply chain, and business flow.
The two sides will establish a joint venture company to undertake third-party pharmaceutical logistics business, and build a regional medical intelligent logistics center in Zhejiang Province to build a more complete medical logistics network, said the Shenzhen-listed company.
