BEIJING, July 27 (Xinhua) -- China and Palestine have completed the joint feasibility study of the free trade agreement (FTA), according to China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on Friday.
The two sides have pledged to implement the domestic procedures and strive to start formal negotiations as soon as possible.
In November, 2017, the two countries officially launched the joint feasibility study of the FTA.
In recent years, China and Palestine have achieved remarkable progress in their economic and trade cooperation. In the full year of 2017, the bilateral trade volume between the two countries reached 69.28 million U.S. dollars, representing a year-on-year increase of 16.2 percent.
