HONG KONG -- China's Hong Kong should make full use of its advantages under high degree of autonomy to attract more enterprises in the Chinese mainland and overseas to settle disputes of commercial transactions related to the Belt and Road, through its legal and dispute resolution service, according to a report recently released by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
