BEIJING, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Infore Environment Technology Group (000967.SZ) announced that it planned to acquire a 100 percent stake in Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co for about 15.25 billion yuan,the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on July 17.
Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co is a sanitation integrated solution provider with the core concept of technology-driven development.
