BEIJING, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai Precise Packaging Co., Ltd (300442.SZ) announced that its subsidiary CO.M.A.N. Costruzioni Meccaniche Artigianali Noceto S.r.l. had injected 7 million EURO to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai.
According to a company filing, the COMAN is principally engaged in the production and sales of beverage aseptic filling production lines and supporting robot packaging and palletizing lines, and is a global leader in aseptic or ultra-clean filling.
In order to meet the needs of the company's strategic development, COMAN's high-quality products and services will be further promoted to the Chinese market, and the influence of the COMAN brand will be enhanced, which will have positive effects on the company's future development.
