BEIJING, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Huadong Medicine Co (000963.SZ) announced on Friday that it is in talk with Sinclair Pharmaplc Co., a UK-based aesthetic and medical company, regarding a possible takeover, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported.
The company said that the offer is likely to be made in cash.
According to the announcement, discussions still were at the “ very early stage” and there was no certainty an offer will be made.
