BEIJING, July 5 (Xinhua) --China Tian Ying Inc. announced recently that it planned to buy the global environmental giant Urbaser for about 8.882 billion yuan, the Xinhua-run China Securities Journal reported on July 3.
The acquisition has received support from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and other government departments.
Analysts said that China Tianying, which is deeply rooted in the environmental protection industry, would jump to the fourth place in the global urban environmental service industry if it successfully acquires Urbaser.
