BEIJING, July 3 (Xinhua) -- Luzhou Talents Development Conference is to kick off on Friday in Luzhou, a city located in southwest China’s Sichuan Province.
The conference, jointly hosted by Luzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Luzhou Municipal People’s Government and China Economic Information Service (CEIS) of Xinhua News Agency, under the guidance of China Talent Research, marks the first international and comprehensive meeting held by Sichuan on talent development.
Over 300 leaders and guests from all over the world have been invited to attend the conference.
From July 6 to July 8, the main forum, talent recruitment activities and exhibitions on talent attraction and related scientific achievements will be held in the Luzhou Olympic Sports Park, while four talent and project matchmaking meetings as well as innovation and entrepreneurship competition are also about to take place.
In particular, online recruitment will be launched, with the whole procedure of recruitment and job hunting accessible via an online platform.
