BEIJING, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Shenzhen Comix Group announced that the company signed on June 28 a Letter of Intent with JD.com to establish long-term strategic cooperation in the field of unbounded retail cooperation and the establishment of efficient supply chain system based on intelligent prediction.
At the same time, the company reached a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Tencent Cloud on Thursday. Under the agreement, the two sides will share their own superior resources in a bid to realize the cross-border cooperation and enhance their market performance and industrial competitiveness.
