BEIJING, June 26 (Xinhua) -- Southwest China's Guizhou Province will strive to increase the proportion of the added-value of digital economy to its GDP to more than 30 percent by 2020, according to a guideline recently released by the local authorities.
The Province will fully promote the integration of Internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) with the real economy, government governance, and people's livelihood services, said the guideline.
Guizhou targets wide application of the new-generation information technologies in various fields of economy and society. It will improve digital governance capabilities and establish an integrated government affair data center system to achieve the goal that more than 50 percent government services can be completed through the digital means.
