BEIJING, June 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese tech giant Xiaomi kicked off a roadshow on Thursday to promote its initial public offering in Hong Kong, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on June 21.
According to the report, the company will sell shares at between 17-22 Hong Kong dollars a share, raising up to 48 billion Hong Kong dollars in this IPO.
Some market sources said that Xiaomi was expected to launch its IPO next Monday and will be listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange’s main board on July 9. (Edited by Yang Yifan, yangyifan@xinhua.org)
