More than 40 trainees from 14 firms in the Eastern German state of Saxony-Anhalt are to support their companies in the digitalization process in the future. "We are convinced that trainees can act as innovators and drivers for the initiation and implementation of digital processes in their training companies," Stefanie Klemmt, Managing Director of the Magdeburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, announced on Wednesday.
In an initial workshop, the trainees are to work together with experts to find out where there is potential for digitalization within the company. The workshop will be held together with the consulting company RKW from Magdeburg. New projects will then be presented in the summer.
