"We brought to China five specialty, drinking milk, cream, mascarpone, youghurt and hard cheese", said Francesco Casula, the general manager, to MF Milano Finanza. In just over 6 months, Arborea Trading Shanghai sold for over 600 thousand euros. "The goal is to reach 2 million next year," revealed Casula.

"I am open to the possibility of a partnership with a Chinese milk producer to share a common dynamic business", revealed the manager, who thinks that the Chinese market potential for the Italian fresh milk is huge. At the end of CIIE, Arborea will also participate at the FHC, Food & Hotel China, a trade fair in the sector from 12 to 14, also in Shanghai, one of the most important events in Asia for the sector.

Another medium-sized Italian company that decided to be at the Fair is Camicissima, whose brand is having great success in China. The company based in Milan led by the Candido brothers has an agreement in place with Zhejiang Baoxiniao Garment, a giant with over 1,400 shops in China, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with which it has launched an aggressive program of store openings, about sixty this year which will be added to the existing 180 in China, all the Camicissima brand written in Italian, where the product made with stringent quality criteria and controls, is sold for around 90 euros, more than in Italy and Europe.

From the technological sector, the representatives of Carlo Salvi, a benchmark company for the production of fasteners and solutions for wire molding, are also preparing to take part in the fair. They have been invited to participate in the fair by an important Chinese company in the aeronautical sector with whom, on 6 November, will seal the relationship that has long linked the two companies.

As always, Carlo Salvi will bring his know-how, certain of being able to distinguish himself from other competitors thanks to hi-tech molding machinery designed together with his customers. The flexibility that has always characterized the company, together with the knowledge in the field of engineering design, have proved to be particularly successful today in the aeronautical and automotive sectors, on which the company continues to focus also in China.
