BEIJING, March 22 (Xinhua) –- Xuzhou city, east China’s Jiangsu province, has recently signed overall 73 project contracts involving a total investment of 60 billion yuan in a bid to support the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The 73 projects mainly focus on four emerging industries, including equipment and intelligent manufacturing, new energy, integrated circuit and biological medicine.
The city was expected to realize an investment of 15.5 billion yuan this year and utilize foreign capital of 200 million U.S. dollars. (Edited by Yang Yifan, yangyifan@xinhua.org)
